- weakness in muscle
- liver failure

- Green Tea: If you drink only a few cups of green tea a day, there is nothing to worry about, but if you drink more than 4-5 cups of green tea, it can lead to liver injections.

- Vitamin A: On the one side of vitamin A deficiency, where you can get sick. However, if you consume it in excess, it can damage your liver.
- Fried Diet: It is important that you recognize the difference between good and bad fat. You can eat nuts and avocado etc. for the consumption of healthy fat. But bad fat is saturated as soon as it is saturated. Therefore, do not consume processed food with a fried diet.
