Day One: Full Body and Core Variation One. (Warm Up: Stretch)(4×25 reps)

  • Bench Press
  • Sit Ups
  • Weighted Lunges
  • Tricep Pushdowns (Cable)
  • Power Cleans
  • Shoulder Front Raises

Day Two: MMA and Kung Fu(30 minutes of Martial arts practice)

For this type of training, you will need a specialized instructor or school to get trained properly.

Day Three: Full Body and Core Variation Two(Warm-up: Stretch)(4×25 reps)

  • Hanging Leg Raises
  • Tricep Kickbacks (Dumbbells)
  • Chest Flys (Dumbbells)
  • Military Press (Dumbbells)
  • Cable Rows
  • Front Squats

Day Four: MMA and Kung Fu(30 minutes of Martial arts practice)

Day Five: Full Body and Core Variation Three(Warm-up: Stretch)(4×25 reps)

  • Planks(4×60 seconds)
  • Close Grip Bench
  • Arnold Presses
  • Deadlift

Jackie Chan starts his day by running 3 to 5 miles daily.(sets)

  • 2 Seated Row- (15 reps for each set)
  • 3  Pulldowns- (15 reps for each set)
  • 2  Leg Curls- (15 reps for each set)
  • 3  Barbell Squat- (15 reps for each set)
  • 2  Dumbbell or Machine Biceps Curls- (15 reps for each set)
  • 5  Knuckle Push-ups- (10 reps for each set)
  • 2 Incline Bench Press- (15 reps for each set)
  • 3 Bench Press- (15 reps for each set)
  • 2  Dumbbell or Cable Overhead Press- (15 reps for each set)
  • 5  Decline Sit-ups- (20 reps for each set)
  • 2   Lunges- (15 reps for each set)
  • 3  Thai Pad Work- (5 minutes for each rest with a rest of 2 minutes in between)
  • 2 Cable Triceps Pushdowns- (15 reps for each set)
