The day focuses on the blindness and visual impairments around the world. This day can also be seem as the reminder for taking the good health of eye of yours and people you love. Here we present some best tips on eye health which would protect your eye sight and your eye healthy.

Start Eating Healthy Foods For EYE

Its time for eating some good food the eye as you were eating all the nutritious food but now eat some eye foods. Try eating those food which contain Omega-3 fatty acid like fatty fish such as herring, tuna or sardines ,which helps in nourishes the cell membrane of nerve cells.
