CrossFit training 5 times a week:- Shoulder Press, Kettlebell Swings, Power Bag Exercises, Bear Crawls, T-Bar Anchor Swings, Kickboxing, Bungee Sprints, TRX Drills, Sandbag Drills, Cone Drills, Sledge Hammer Drills, Jacobs Ladder Drills, Tire Flips, Plyometrics

Monday:- He does the Chest and Back exercises on Monday. He Does Dumbbell, Bench Press, Standing Calf Raise, Seated Calf Raise, Inclined and Under Hand Cable Pull.

Tuesday:- In Tuesday he does the legs exercise. Which includes Leg Press, Seated Leg Tucks, Squats and Lying Key Curls.

Wednesday:- Rest

Thursday:- He does Shoulder and Abs on Thursday which includes Marble Military Press, Reverse Flyes, side lateral raise, upright barbell row, weighted sit-ups, reverse flyes, seated as well as standing calf raises

Friday:- On Friday Hrithik Roshan gives priority to Arms exercises. Triceps, Biceps all types of extreme power exercises like Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press, Triceps Pushdown, dumbbell triceps. Extension in a standing position, concentration curls, alternate bicep curl with dumbbells, standing biceps curl with cable.
