Dal Fry Recipe Ingredients
- Dal (Tuvar)
- Tomato – Gravvy or Small Cuttings
- Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Leaves
- Lemon Juice
- Turmeric Powder
- Garlic Paste
- Green Chilli
- Garam Masala
- Cumin Seeds
- Cooking Oil
How to cook Dal Fry at home (Dhaba Style)
- Wash Tuvar Dal with water properly.
- Cook Tuvar Dal in Pressure Cooker for 5-6 whistle.
- Put cooking oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and fry.
- Add onion and fry until golden color.
- Mix Garlic-ginger paste with green chilli.
- Cook for 7 more minutes.
- Mix raw tomatoes in a pan.
- Add the salt and remaining masala.
- Fry for 1 minute.
- Then add boiled dal in a pan.
- Stir with a large spoon that it will not stick in pan for next 5-6 minutes.
- Now a light smell will come out of it.
- Close the flame.
