Eggless Dry Fruitcake recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • flour: 1½ cup
  • milk powder: 1 cup
  • sugar: 1 cup
  • fresh cream: 1 cup
  • milk: 1 cup
  • Almond: 8
  • Nuts: 4
  • raisins: 8
  • cashews: 8
  • baking powder: 1 tbsp
  • vanilla essence: 3 to 4 drops
  • Ghee
  • soda: ¼ tbsp

Method to cook

1. Take 1 ½ cup flour in the bowl.

2. Mix 1 cup of sugar in one cup milk powder.

3. Now mix fresh cream and milk in it.

4. Mix it well until it becomes smooth.

5. Now add vanilla essence in it and mix it until it completely dissolves.

6. Keep it aside.

7. Take 8 almonds and grind it well but do not make powder.

8. Grind cashew nuts and walnuts too.

9. Put all these ingredients in another bowl and add raisins in it.

10. Mix it well.

11. Now mix dry fruit bowl with the first bowl.

12. Keep it for a while.

13. Place ghee on the baking tray.

14. Place a spoon of baking powder and 1 ¼ teaspoon baking soda in the mixture of cake.

15. Mix the whole mixture well and put the solution on the greased tray.

16. Put the oven on a pre-heat for 10 minutes.

17. Put the cake in the mold and keep it in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 degree Celsius.

18. Now remove the tray from the oven.

19 Remove the cake from the mold and let it cool for 15 minutes.

20. Cake is ready to serve. Cut the cake and enjoy.

Note: You can repeat the method using a pressure cooker in absence of oven.
