Ingredients For Vegetable Momos Recipe

For Filling:

  • One Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup onion:- finely chopped
  • One cup carrots:- grated
  • 1 cup cabbage:- grated
  • One tsp garlic:- chopped
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce

Salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp vinegar

For Dough:

  • 2 cups maida
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Methods For Making Momos Recipe

1. At the First combine the baking powder, maida, salt and knead to a stiff dough with water.

2. Heat the oil and add the Garlic and Onion.

3. Saute over high heat and add the Cabbage and carrot.
